As a user of this bucket myself, I absolutely love these! Not only do these save a ton of storage in your trailer, but they are a little bigger than your standard water bucket, & if you live in a cold state, and hang buckets in the stalls during the winter, these don’t freeze as easily as the regular plastic buckets do! Plus, getting the ice out of them is WAY easier than getting it out of the plastic.

I have had these buckets since last spring. One was bought in December 2022 and the others, spring 2023. They have been living in my shower of my living quarters. I had two hip surgeries last year so I haven’t been hauling at all. Well June 2nd, I have a gelding that needed to be kept up in a paddock. He had a big head so I grabbed one of 3 boss buckets. He is not hard on buckets. After 5-7 days of this bucket getting cubes put in it (2 feed scoops of cubes) I came out to find it shattered at the top near the handle attachment. $40 bucket DEAD. Boss Equine Products says there is nothing they can do. I’m sticking to my stackable regular buckets. This bucket fail could have easily taken an eye out on my horse. Only giving it two stars because the idea is smart and I like the colors.
