Refund policy
An item can only be returned if it has a flaw or something is physically wrong with it when you receive it. Items that have been tried on a horse or left outside cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees for the return. You MUST contact us within 14 days of delivery if a defect/flaw has occurred. No returns/no exchanges after 14 days of delivery.
If doing a exchange, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees, including the shipping to return your new exchanged item back to you. We will invoice you prior to shipping back to you. Invoice must be paid before shipment occurs.
EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. If over that period, we will not exchange your order or refund your order via store credit. If wanting to exchange for a gift card, we will issue the gift card once items are received. If you are returning an item, & not exchanging, you will only be issued a gift card (store credit) for the amount of the item. Again, this item (s) can not be used, & must come back with tags & the original packing if there was any.
If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, i will contact you to see if you would like to pick a replacement item instead. If not, a gift card will be issued for store credit. We do NOT offer refunds any other time.
We do not offer a refund for orders, especially custom orders. We cannot refund, change payment, add or remove discount codes once the order is placed. Once the order is placed, it is placed and not available to be refunded to you. You will not be refunded if you chose the wrong payment method. The order is processed the way it is once you select checkout and complete order.
While we're sure to quality check orders a minimum of two times prior to shipment, sometimes mistakes still slip through our hands. If you receive items that are damaged or not as described, please contact us. As we do ship items quickly, please make sure your shipping address is correct. If it is not, please email or message us ASAP with the correct info.
