I liked the material, nice like all the Pretty Polos tailbags are, but it came with all the crosses upside down. On the website they are show all right side up. I’m not having my horse walking around with upside down crosses on her. I emailed within hours of receiving it, to do a return and explained the print issue, because this was clearly a mistake in the making of the product, but never received a response. Unfortunately I now have a tailbag I can’t use. It’s unfortunate because I’ve always loved buying from this company.
